Liquid Filling Equipment

«STANDART PLUS» AUTOMATIC FILLING EQUIPMENT is rotary-type equipment.

MONOBLOCKS are designed for filling and capping of PET-bottles.

Unification of two functions (filling and capping) in one machine ensures a better synchronization of the procedure and easy operation as compared with other lines: control is performed from one controller only.

The machines are integrated into automatic filling lines for different drinks.

  • Use for filling:
  • Carbonated beverages
  • Still (non-carbonated) liquids
  • Hot still liquids

TRIPLEBLOCKS are designed for rinsing, filling and capping of PET-bottles. Their difference from monoblocks is that they have a function of rinsing. A rinser removes contaminations, which can get into an empty bottle during conveying to the filling machine, and this extends shelf life of drinks.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILLING EQUIPMENT

TRIPLEBLOCK (RINSER-FILLER-CAPPER) is designed for rinsing, filling and capping of PET-bottles. It is used for pouring of still (non-carbonated) liquids.

This equipment is designed for pouring of food liquors (drinks, beer, water, kvass and so on), and also for pouring of process liquids into PET-packages. “Standart Plus” filling lines have a system of bottle gripping by the neck at delivery moulinets. In Russia this technology is employed for the first time!

According to different research data there are 3 major consumer segments on the market of PET-packages: nonalcoholic beverages (water, carbonated and non-carbonated drinks), beer and vegetable oil.

The largest segment belongs to the market of beverage filling (carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, kvass). It accounts for nearly 70% of total consumption of PET-packages. In this regard the largest package volume accounts for pouring of sweet sparkling waters – 42,9%. Brewery works use about 17,2% of packages for pouring.
